Full-Day Mediation Service

Gaia Law provides a dedicated full-day mediation service designed for complex or multi-issue disputes that require time, structure, and supported dialogue to reach lasting resolution.

This process offers a calm and facilitated environment where parties can work through detailed legal and personal issues with the assistance of an experienced lawyer and mediator. The approach is practical, solution-focused, and may include optional grounding practices such as breathwork and mindfulness techniques to support clarity and constructive communication throughout the day.

Overview

The full-day mediation is suited to matters that are:

  • Complex or multi-layered in nature

  • Involving significant legal or emotional considerations

  • At a stage where parties are ready to negotiate in depth and resolve all outstanding issues

It provides the time and structure needed to properly explore options, test solutions, and work toward comprehensive agreement.

What’s Included

  • Full-day (up to 8 hours) facilitated mediation

  • Pre-mediation intake and issue clarification

  • Structured negotiation sessions throughout the day

  • Support in identifying settlement options and resolving key disputes

  • Optional nervous system regulation techniques (breathwork and mindfulness) to support calm and focus

  • Written summary of outcomes if agreement is reached

Available Australia-wide via secure video conferencing, or in person on the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and Brisbane.

We assist with a broad range of matters, including:

  • Family law disputes (parenting arrangements and property settlements)

  • Intellectual property disputes

  • General civil and commercial disputes

Gaia Law offers a streamlined half-day mediation option designed for parties who want focused, efficient dispute resolution without committing to a full-day process.

This service provides a structured, supported environment to help participants work through key issues, clarify priorities, and move toward practical agreements with the guidance of an experienced lawyer and mediator.

Overview

The half-day mediation is suited to disputes that are:

  • Narrow in scope or already partially negotiated

  • In need of facilitated discussion to finalise key terms

  • Time-sensitive but still requiring a calm, structured process

It combines professional mediation expertise with a supportive approach that may include optional grounding practices such as brief breathwork or mindfulness techniques to assist with communication and clarity.

What’s Included

  • Up to 4 hours of facilitated mediation

  • Pre-mediation intake and issue identification

  • Structured negotiation between parties

  • Assistance in narrowing disputes and identifying resolution pathways

  • Optional calming and regulation techniques to support constructive dialogue

  • Written summary of agreed outcomes (if settlement is reached)
